2024 GIRLS FALL LACROSSE SKILLS CLINIC

The West Chester Lacrosse Association Girls Fall Skills Clinic allows players to recharge their lacrosse skills and improve their lacrosse IQ!  Our skill sessions focus on proper lacrosse technique, high repetitions (hundreds of touches per player), and a “play fast/think fast” style methodology.  The foundation of the clinic is high-level instruction to hone core fundamental skills in a fun environment.

West Chester Lacrosse Fall Clinics is an instructional and enjoyable lacrosse experience for girls 1st - 8th grade.  Players are grouped by age and ability level to ensure productive and efficient sessions.  The curriculum is based on the following concepts:

* Stick skills and technique first
* Progressing to competition
* Finishing with team concepts and games

Amanda Gionfriddo, “Coach g”, WCLA girls director, will lead the girl’s skill sessions and the coaching staff will include an all-star staff of experienced local college and high school lacrosse coaches and players.  We will focus on individual and team skills, emphasizing on both dominant and non-dominant stick skills, and core defensive and offensive play at all levels. Participants are asked to wear a reversible pinnie to the sessions. There will be pinnies for sale at the field the first two weeks of the clinic.

FALL SKILLS CLINIC IS OPEN TO ALL REGISTRANTS – Players outside of West Chester are welcome!  All skill levels are welcome!
