ALL ATHLETE SUMMER SPEED SCHOOL
POWERED BY POWER TRAIN 
(FOR ATHLETES AGES 10+)

Join us this summer as Power Train’s top notch athletic trainers take players of all athletic backgrounds and help them develop speed, strength and agility. 

 

These one hour sessions consist of a periodized speed & agility program and foundational strength training. Power Train’s 20 years of training has proven to be the most effective style of programming to get any athlete faster and ready for the next season.

SPEED TRAINING

Athletes will receive a multiple phase training program designed to enhance speed and agility. The sessions will optimize energy systems needed for sprinting. Specific areas of focus will be: sprint mechanics, force application, deceleration, and change of direction.

 

STRENGTH TRAINING

Athletes will receive a strength training program designed to build specific muscle groups needed for speed. The sessions will enhance stability and mobility while also helping to reduce injuries. Specific areas of focus will be: hip-flexor strength, core stability, hamstring and glute development.

*Sessions limited to 30 athletes max, athletes ages 10+.

Wednesday nights:

6/19, 6/26, 7/10, 7/24, 7/31 (Note: NO 7/3 or 7/17)
