Join West Chester SHOCK’s Winter Indoor Training Program for U10 and U12 players! Designed for skill development in a fun, fast-paced environment, sessions are held once a week on an indoor hardcourt surface—perfect for sharpening stick skills, ball control, and quick decision-making. With a focus on training only (no games), players can build confidence, improve fundamentals, and stay sharp through the off-season.

 

PROGRAM DETAILS

Tuesday nights starting November 17, 2026 - January 26, 2027
8 week program skills program - 1x/week
1 ½ hour sessions - exact time TBD - will be between the hours of 5:30 PM-8:30 PM
* No training weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years

Will need to purchase a West Chester SHOCK training pinnie first day - details to come

Indoor court shoes - NO CLEATS
Mouth guard
Field hockey shin guards
