Refund Policy 

 

All Registration Fees-

  • Registration fees for all programs are non-refundable, with case-by-case exceptions pending the approval of the Board of Directors.  Refunds will not be given once a program begins, which includes a player attending any evaluation, practice, or any session of the program the player is registered.

  • Registration fees must be paid in full to participate in any program.  Registration fees can not be prorated for partial attendance of any program.

​

  • If the Board of Directors makes an exception, due to fixed administrative and accounting costs and fees, $75 of any registration fee is non-refundable.  (For programs that have registration fees of $75 or less, $25 of that registration fee is non-refundable.)

​

  • If a refund is granted due to a medical issue or injury, appropriate documentation is required.  Medical refund will be less $25 prior to season beginning due to fixed administrative costs and fees.

  • Spring 2020 Team Snap Credits can be used in any program registration through 12/29/2021 and will expire on that date. No refund requests will be granted after the 12/29/2021 credit expiration date. 

​

  • WCLA reserves the right to change its refund policy at any time, at the discretion of the Board of Directors.  WCLA will dispute all chargebacks for completed registrations as we have a process in place to handle refund requests.
