Refund Policy 

 

All Registration Fees-

  • Registration fees for all programs are non-refundable, with case-by-case exceptions pending the approval of the Board of Directors.  Refunds will not be given with in 2 weeks (14 days) of the beginning date of a program.

​

  • Registration fees must be paid in full to participate in any program.  Registration fees can not be prorated for partial attendance of any program.

​

  • If the Board of Directors makes an exception, due to fixed administrative and accounting costs and fees, $75 of any registration fee is non-refundable.  (For programs that have registration fees of $75 or less, $25 of that registration fee is non-refundable.)

​

  • If a refund is granted due to a medical issue or injury, appropriate documentation is required.  Medical refund will be less $25 prior to season beginning due to fixed administrative costs and fees.

  • If you have elected for Registration Protection Insurance while completing registration, you will be reimbursed using your Registration Protection Insurance.

​

  • WCLA reserves the right to change its refund policy at any time, at the discretion of the Board of Directors.  WCLA will dispute all chargebacks for completed registrations as we have a process in place to handle refund requests.

​

  • The above refund policies do not apply to the West Chester SHOCK program.  Please see the WC SHOCK webpage for specific policies pertaining to WC SHOCK programming.
