Volunteer Coaches/Clearances
Head coaches and assistant coaches ages 18 and older who have direct contact with players is defined as a mandatory reporter under Pennsylvania law and must obtain volunteer clearances. These clearances are good for 5 years once obtained. Returning coaches may need to just complete the registration if their clearances on file are current. Click on this link for information and instructions on how to obtain your clearances. Please note, ALL coaches must complete registration, including assistant coaches and any adult who is on the field at any time.
